It’s about that time again - welcome to our fourth instalment of the Stables product & community update for 2024!
April has seen increased volatility across crypto markets, with stablecoin volumes increasing and the total market capitalisation of stablecoins surpassing $150 billion.
Our team has been hard at work adding more features to enhance the Stables experience, so without further ado, here’s what we’ve been cooking over the past month!

What’s New
🔀 Crypto Top Ups
We announced the launch of non-stablecoin deposits to Stables, adding more utility to our award-winning app! We now support cryptocurrency deposits through Crypto Top Ups, beginning with the YGG token on Polygon.
Crypto Top Ups will enable you to deposit a cryptocurrency and instantly receive USDC in your Stables wallet without the hassle of depositing to an exchange, setting orders and waiting for them to hit. Just deposit it into your Stables wallet address and get Stablecoins instantly. Read more on our blog post here.
👥 Refer a Fren for $5 USDC
For our Australian users, we’ve made it even easier to get rewarded by referring your frens to Stables. Send them your unique referral code (found in your app) and get them to complete 1 card transaction within 30 days. Each fren you refer earns you $5 USDC, up to $100 USDC per month. 🚀 Withdraw USDB to Blast
We added support for yet another blockchain, this time with Ethereum Layer 2, Blast. Earn points ahead of the Blast airdrop by bridging their supported stablecoin USDB easily with support right from your Stables wallet. Check out more information in our Blast blog post here.
💵 New Fee Breakdown
When topping up or withdrawing from your Stables wallet, we’ve made it crystal clear how much you’ll get, what the exchange rate is, and how much you’ll be paying in fees. This provides a clear breakdown for our users before the action, saving you time and making our services more transparent than ever. Check it out in our app now!
🔒 Stables is SOC II Type I Certified
April saw Stables receive our SOC 2 Type I, after successfully completing an audit completed by AssuranceLab. This certification is globally recognised and represents a high standard of data security, protection, and privacy.
