Welcome to the September edition of our product & community update!
The September edition of our product and community update has just dropped, and we're super excited to share what we've been up to! Let's dive right in and catch up on all the cool stuff from the past month.
TLDR
- Philippine offramp beta launch: Tested our beta feature, Philippine offramp, with real users and received a ton of positive feedback! 🙌
- Send on Polygon: You can send your USDC on Polygon to another wallet
- Community Meetups: We had our second Hackathon. We also travelled across Australia to introduce Stables to local meetups.
- App Updates: We released Android 1.3.0 and iOS 1.3.0 with new features
What’s New
🇵🇭Philippine off-ramp beta launch
We invited users to test our new Philippine offramp feature, enabling easy USDC to PHP offramp via bank transfers or e-wallets. We've been showered with love and feedback from you, and your awesome suggestions will fuel our product . The official rollout is just around the corner, so stay tuned!
🌱 Community Meetups
In September, we had our second-ever Hackathon. We had teams across Engineering, Design, Product, Operations, Marketing and more come together and innovate on ideas you might see in the app soon!
September was another busy month packed with community meetups and events. We attended:
- Upside: We had a ripper night with our Melbourne fam at Upside - showcasing our latest updates alongside some of the biggest names in crypto in Australia. Thanks for hosting, Upside and stay tuned as we have a bunch more.
- MC Cyber Security Forum: Our Chief Risk Offer, David Nichols, spoke at the Mastercard Fraud and Cyber Security Forum, where he addressed the topic ‘Enabling Trust and Transparency in Digital Assets.
- All Things Blockchain: Our CEO, Erez, spoke at their monthly Meet-Up in Brisbane alongside Cointree CEO Jess Renden. It was a lively night, and we gave away a bunch of stablecoins in prizes to new users.
- Blockchain Sydney: Our Co-founder and CPO, Bernie, hosted over 40 guests in Sydney to talk all things Stables.

We’ve released a slew of new features and updates in September:
- Update unverified email: Easily correct your email and verify it hassle-free.
- Update verified email on Android: Change your verified email in seconds through settings by tapping your email and following the SMS verification steps.
